Patrick StellaSenior Lecturer and Researcher

AgroParisTech

Patrick Stella holds a PhD in environmental sciences and is senior lecturer at AgroParisTech in bioclimatology. His research work concern the relationships between urban and suburban environments in terms of heat exchange and gas pollution, the effect of vegetated surfaces on the microclimate and air quality, as well as the effect of atmospheric conditions on the functioning of agroecosystems.

biodiversité
Reconciling nature and the city, a highly artificial environment, is an art that is practised from the scale of the building to that of the suburban territory, including that of the neighbourhood.
