Aneta's thesis focuses on urban stormwater management and the role of vegetation in mitigating heat-island effects. Her approach aims to better understand the interactions between water, vegetation and the built environment, where hydric and energy conditions are strongly modified. Within this framework, she intends to develop a water-balance model adapted to urban specificities, which will progressively be tested against field observations to assess its relevance.
